RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Chicago, IL is seeking a QA Analyst with expertise in ALM, regulatory compliance, and risk-based testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle test strategy, planning, design, and execution, ensuring compliance with regulations like OFAC, FINRA, FATF, BSA, and FEDWIRE. This role also includes offshore coordination, metrics reporting, and stakeholder management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree


• 5-6 years of experience with test strategy, planning, and execution


• 2-3 years of experience with regulatory compliance testing (e.g., OFAC, FINRA, BSA)


• Experience with fraud and sanctions screening tools (e.g., Bridger, FIRCO)


• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
