The Select Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our enterprise telecommunication partner, supporting multiple data analysis projects including analyzing, and providing reports/insights on the marketing campaign success. This consultant will be responsible for gathering, wrangling, and analyzing customer retention/churn/disconnect data, creating insights and reports that are presented at the executive level.
Please note: This is a hybrid position, and requires being on site in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
DATA ANALYST PREFERRED SKILLSET
2+ years of Data Analysis/Data Wrangling/ETL experience
Experience in an enterprise environment and supporting large scale data analysis projects/initiatives
Extensive SQL experience - creating stored procedures, tables, sub queries, etc.
Alteryx experience/knowledge
Strong time management, organizational, and story-telling skills
Go-getter - ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
DATA ANALYST BONUS SKILLS
Telecom industry background
Experience/knowledge with Redshift, Amazon S3, and/or Python
Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting
Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization.
Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
