Position Title: Compliance Program Manager Contract Duration: 12 months with chance to extend Work Location: Remote - Preference on Cupertino Reason for the need? Need help on the program and portfolio front with their compliance projects for the ASO.
OVERVIEW/PROJECT DETAILS:
Team handles all regulatory based requirements as it pertains to how they impact internal software products (Engineering Scope)..
Laws/compliance regulations around e invoicing in EMEA
Russian sanctions and how they impact retail systems
Legal/Environmental Regulations
Consumer protection regulations and what upgrades need be made
Privacy
Cookies compliance projects
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in Product Manage ment.
The ability to write clear/concise product requirements and help with enhancing a product roadmap.
Experience working with cross functional teams for a large, complex organization.
Provide feedback and input to engineering teams
Work with business teams who have business cases in place to support the work.
Understand when it's appropriate to escalate something before it become an issue.
Reach out to various groups when needed.
Be comfortable with ambiguity
Experience in the eCommerce/Retail Industry (a plus).
Experience being focused on the execution of a product roadmap.
Development, testing, post testing, launch.
*Not looking for someone who is looking to be focused on the ideation/discovery side*
The ability to present updates to a wide range of partners across the organization, including leadership.
The ability to synthesize complex problems, and information and present it in a way that's easy to understand/digest.
DAY TO DAY:
60% Execution of requirement s
Responsible for creating end to end experience from beginning to launch
more driving the project to delivery and making sure they can solve for problems and answer questions that come up along the way.
Development, testing, post testing, launch
Responsible for post launch - until they are satisfied, fix with internal teams/cross functional partners
40% cross functional relationships
Product Manager focus -is working with external partners, and internal cross functional teams
pushing through open questions, issues.
Will be working with program manager on geo-expansion
This person will be a PM as well as a Product Manager in day to day - pushing toward milestones.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors required.
