Company Name: Top utility company in the Detroit area.


Position Title: Contract Administrator


Remote Info: In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. WFH Monday and Friday




Reason for need: Utility Renewables is looking to add a Contract Admin to their Renewables Business and Payment team to support the Contract Managers.


Project Details: This is a support role to help ensure smooth process for the land owner payment team. This team is responsible to process POs and issue payments to land owners for different construction easements. Some of the land owner payments are processed through a 3rd part, so this person would be reviewing those transactions to ensure they are accurate and in compliance.


Must Have Skills:

-3+ years of professional experience preferably in a related field

-Contract acumen and familiarity.

-Strong excel experience- ability to be able to do vlookups, pivot tables, run formulas

-Bachelors Degree


Interpersonal skills:

-Works well under pressure, OK with fast pace environment

-Independent thinker but not afraid to ask questions

-Strong communicator with both internal and external stake holders
