CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Knowledge Management Consultant to join our Change and Knowledge Management Support Team. This role works closely with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Transformation initiative, supporting DLA’s mission of integrating change practices with knowledge management infrastructure. As part of the team driving the "Campaign for Adaptive Sustainment," this high-visibility, client-facing position will have a direct impact on the organization’s success through innovative approaches to "contested logistics."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with government clients to integrate Change Management (CM) processes with Knowledge Management (KM) systems using a human-centered approach.
  • Develop and implement strategies for knowledge sharing and retention during organizational transformations.
  • Conduct assessments to identify knowledge gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support the design and execution of change management plans, including communication and training initiatives.
  • Use change-enabling tools to track and visualize change impacts and knowledge transfer.
  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to measure the effectiveness of CM/KM initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare plans, strategies, and training to empower stakeholders, helping them adapt to change for faster, more informed decisions.
  • Create high-quality stakeholder engagement materials and communications, tracking key relationships for ongoing program success.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as needed with strong attention to detail to anticipate future project needs and minimize risks.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of knowledge management theories, practices, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with KM tools and technologies, including those available in MS Office, specifically SharePoint and Power BI
  • Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in synthesizing discovery insights into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills and proficiency in delivering presentations.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in Human Centered Design.
  • Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs related to KM.
