Summary: The Intake and Entitlement Analyst plays a crucial role in safeguarding our health system's networks, computers, programs, and data from unauthorized access. This position collaborates with IT, the Project Management Office (PMO), and system leadership to ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations for system access and vendor onboarding/terminations. The role also works closely with the Information Privacy and Security Office (IPSO) to meet compliance requirements and complete necessary documentation for non-employee roles, including vendors, contractors, consultants, and partners. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally and effectively in both written and oral formats.
Analyze and solve customer problems with a strong analytical mindset.
Understand application services and authorization processes.
Manage requests and tickets using systems like ServiceNow.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
Administer accounts with general knowledge.
Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both over the phone and face-to-face, translating technical information into non-technical terms.
Build consensus and collaborate effectively with team members.
Analyze intake trends and make proactive workload adjustments.
Work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and respond with urgency.
Stay self-motivated and driven.
Education:
An Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of two years of experience in Identity Management with a focus on entitlement and vendor relationships is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with request management and ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
ITIL foundations v3.0 certification is preferred.
