Job Description:

Location: Harrisonburg, VA

Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $60,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is currently searching for a Production Supervisor with poultry experience.


In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed


Salary range for this position is $55-60k plus 10% bonus


Work Hours are Wed - 11:00 pm-5:30 am; Thurs - Sat - 5:00 pm - 5:00 am


Qualifications & Requirements:


-Minimum of 2 years' experience in protein conversion in a food production plant REQUIRED


-2+ years production lead or supervisor experience REQUIRED


-Experience in poultry REQUIRED


-Knowledge of Protein Conversion Operations. REQUIRED


-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others


-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
