Job is fully remote - can be in MA or out of state. Hours per week will vary 10-30 per week will be the range based on the number of Journey Mapping meetings are conducted. Potential for extension. Key Skills required : UX , Proficiency with UX research tools and software (e.g., User Testing, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail) and design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in a user research role, with a strong portfolio showcasing examples of your work and the impact of your research.
• Methodology proficiency: Expertise in conducting and facilitating focus groups, user interviews, and observational research.
• UX artifacts: Demonstrated ability to create and utilize user personas, journey maps, workflows, and other artifacts to inform design decisions.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaboration: A team player who can work closely with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
• Tools & software: Proficiency with UX research tools and software (e.g., User Testing, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail) and design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Empathy: A genuine passion for understanding users' needs, behaviors, and motivations.
