About the Team




The International Customer Insights and Analytics team is on a mission to foster a customer-obsessed and EDLP (Everyday Low Price) culture across global markets. As part of International Operations, we collaborate closely with various business areas and leadership teams within the International Support Team (IST) and international markets.



About the Role




As a Senior Manager, you will lead and develop end-to-end inventory management deliverables to support decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include driving the vision for international inventory management projects, building roadmaps based on business value assessments, and prioritizing deliverables. You will identify and translate business needs and requirements across various markets and IST teams into inventory management plans. Effective communication with cross-functional technology and business partners is essential. Furthermore, you will test, socialize, and drive action against deliverables once completed. You will innovate by building new or transforming existing reporting through process enhancements and incorporating new thinking and data sources.


As part of the international team, you'll have the opportunity to influence and create vantage points for all international markets.



What You'll Do:




  • Problem Formulation: Analyze and recommend solutions to business problems using analytics and automation techniques.



  • Data Source Identification: Identify and ensure the quality of business data sources required for analysis.



  • Insights Strategy: Develop and apply strategies to solve complex business problems.



  • Exploratory Analysis: Utilize relevant tools and techniques to analyze data and provide insights.



  • Understanding Business Context: Develop business strategies and drive impactful initiatives with executive leaders.



  • Data Visualization: Create compelling visual representations of data to communicate insights effectively.



  • Develop Partnerships: Lead community outreach initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

  • You have a strong background in inventory management.


  • You have a strong customer mindset, love taking ownership to solve business challenges, and enjoy continually learning through experimentation.


  • You have experience working in a cross-functional environment, managing, and communicating with stakeholders from different domain areas.





Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, inventory management, statistics, or a related field and 4 years' experience in inventory management, project management, business, or a related area OR 6 years' experience in inventory management, project management, business, or a related area.


  • 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.





Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Business or a related field.


  • 3 years' experience with statistics.


  • 3 years' supervisory experience.


  • 3 years' experience working with cross-functional teams.


  • Project Management certification.


  • Six Sigma certification.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
