End to End (E2E) utilizes hundreds of data points to create connections between stores, associates, customers, drivers, fulfillment & distribution centers and vendors.
As a Data Analyst III for E2E at Walmart, you will help pioneer analytics across many areas of the business such as: Supply Chain, Delivery, Store Acceleration & Support, Realty, and more! You will have access to our limitless global data that will allow you to not only influence how we make decisions, but also create an impact at an unprecedented scale.
What you will work on...
Our E2E Data & Analytics team aims at enabling business partners through accessibility and of data and insights in real-time. This involves developing a fundamental understanding of the business and its processes to provide useful and compelling insights for key business stakeholders. This team focuses primarily on rapid response requests and executive level reporting. This not only requires an analytical approach, but highly relies on having a strong visual design driven mindset.

• Dashboard development for company wide use-cases.
• Automating weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Re-designing and automating reports for business partners.
Working with business engagement leaders cross-functionally to build and create a data & analytics roadmap that meets the needs of our business stakeholders across Supply Chain, E2E Delivery, E2E Stores Acceleration, E2E Transformation & Innovation.
Providing thought leadership across the E2E Data & Analytics team for agile and lean methodologies.
Owning portfolio metrics, indicators for success and reporting, executive reviews, and using them to provide strategic portfolio communication to leadership and key stakeholders across the organization to lead, support, influence and monitor the success of business initiatives.
Enabling cross-departmental collaboration with Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists team members.
Guiding project prioritization, program / portfolio accountability to ensure the alignment with company and project goals.
Driving the clarity of scope needed to estimate level of effort across the total E2E Data & Analytics roadmap.
Applying SQL and Visualization skills to create reports that show outputs of analyses.
Collaborating with business partners to gather the right information from various sources so that you can support analyses of key initiatives.
Conduct exploratory analysis including hypothesis testing, and basic statistical testing.
Automating tasks and developing processes that monitor, analyze, and inform the actions of key stakeholders.
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
You have experience managing kanban boards, backlogs, and help desk tickets with Jira or other similar tools.
You feel comfortable facilitating discussion and driving conflict resolution.
You have a proven record of success in managing multiple cross functional projects with tight deadlines and high visibility to executive leaders.
You have experience identifying & mitigating risks within complex projects that cross multiple business pillars and systems.
You have a knack for clarifying requirements, communication, and accountability that ultimately drives forward progress for any project underway.
You have experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Sharepoint, or similar tools.
You have storytelling experience with data visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
You're an inquisitive and out-of-the-box thinker who is continually on the lookout for opportunities to improve and innovate analytic solutions.
