JOB SUMMARY:

Provides transactional post-award services administrative support for the entire post-award life cycle with highly accurate management of the GTS email account. Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:

70% - Essential - Support Services: Ensure the complete and accurate processing of email communications and management of the CUSPAA (departmental) mailbox and log. Utilize the University ERP systems (PeopleSoft, lnfoEd, Buyways, OnBase, etc.) to facilitate the tracking of incoming and outgoing communications related to sponsored awards, including, but not limited to Project Worksheet processing, award notifications, document indexing, etc. Establish new customers, as needed, in ERP databases.

10% - Essential - Grant Management Support: Provide administrative support for sub-award invoicing by processing payments to sub-awardees. Set up new/modifications to sub-award PeopleSoft Subcontracts panel and Purchase Orders.

10% - Essential - Data Collection and Organization: Work with Pre-Award, Grant Administrators and/or College and department personnel for updated forms and corrections, as necessary. Work with Student Assistants to aide in the Grant Administrators receipt documentation process.

10% - Essential - Records Management, Continuous Improvement and Other Duties: Upload and index documents within the OnBase/lnfoEd systems. Provide general support by ensuring proposal, award, and setup documents, as well as documents saved on the central server are properly uploaded and recorded in the post-award document system. Effectively communicate, collaborate, and work in a team-centric environment. Effectively leverage new tools, systems, devices, and software to reduce errors, streamline processes or increase productivity. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education - High School or Equivalent and work experience that is directly related to the area of employent. A bachelors degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
