About the Role:Join our dedicated team as a Residential Rehabilitation Educator in a supportive residential group home environment. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mental health field. Our program helps clients with mental health challenges live in community settings, and as Relief Staff, you'll play a crucial role in supporting their journey towards independence and improved quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Teach Daily Living Skills: Assist clients with skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social interactions.
Implement Treatment Plans: Follow and execute treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and manage symptoms.
Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications as needed.
Transportation: Drive clients to doctor's appointments and social activities.
Schedule Flexibility:
Once trained, you can choose shifts that fit your schedule across various residences in Quincy, Randolph, Weymouth, Norwell, and Brockton.
Fill in for employee vacations, out sick on leave or in unfilled positions Must pick up at least 1 shift every 60 days to remain on the payroll.

Computer skills needed for entering data/notes in electronic health record system
Cpr/first aid and MAP certifications highly desirable
Required Experience
Previous experience working in the mental health field or completed coursework in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services
High school diploma required, AS or BA/BS in Psychology or related field preferred
