Position Information:
This is an on-site position in Pontiac, IL.

Role Definition:
Coordinate and balance workload for the Pontiac Product Change Control team. You will coordinate Pontiac's Product Change Control activities between Engineering Design and Pontiac's various Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Resources and Safety process partners.
What You Will Do:
Oversee the engineering change management for all Pontiac product groups.
Coordinate and balance workload for the Pontiac Product Change Control team.
Effectively manage Pontiac's MFG Pro releasing and JRS activities releasing for all new engineering releases and engineering changes going into production.
Manage MFG Pro & ARM BOM effectivities along with monitoring the exhaust, scrap or rework of all make and purchased finished part numbers.
Manage NPI Gateway reviews as Pontiac NPI Supply Chain Coordinator.
Manage Pontiac's Product Change Control team grief reports and metrics to ensure a high performing team.
Establishing new processes, tools, and metrics to further the development and enhance the productivity of the Pontiac Product Change Control team.
What You Will Have:
Supply Chain experience.
MCS or MFG Pro releasing experience.
NPI experience.

Describes basic concepts of materials and capacity management processes and procedures.
Identifies parameters and considerations used in making decisions about production runs.
Describes the use of bills of materials and other documentation needed to provide supplies.
