Job Description:
As a Compliance Automation Solutions Architect who is focused on Digitization & Process Engineering at McKesson, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of digital transformation initiatives and process engineering projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect technical solutions, and drive the modernization of our organization's project management and operational processes. This position requires a deep understanding of project digitization, process engineering principles, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, focusing on project digitization and process engineering.
Define Control Monitoring and Automation strategies and solutions across the various Asset types.
Collaborate with CISO, Internal Audit, Operations, Enterprise Architecture, App and Data teams in Control readiness and policy adherence assessments.
Demonstrate prior experience and proficiency in guiding teams in managing, monitoring, reviewing, and maintaining policies, procedural documentation, and work instructions. Additionally, effectively manage requirements and changes.
Offer technical guidance and leadership in developing solutions that support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and drive sustainable Compliance adherence optimizing costs and enhancing IT value delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical architectures to support project digitization and process engineering efforts.
Work on process engineering projects, ensuring seamless and optimized workflows across different systems and teams.
Implement best practices for technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Contribute to the modernization of operational processes, legacy platforms by leveraging innovative technologies and optimizing workflows aligned with the target tech stack in the areas of Application/Digital/Data/Workflow engineering.
Demonstrate technical leadership by staying abreast of emerging technologies in project digitization and process engineering and implementing industry best practices.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to address unique challenges in talent attraction, development, and retention.
Work independently with minimum guidance, in a cross functional environment, partnering with stakeholders across the technology and business landscape of McKesson ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience in a related IT field.
Critical Skills:
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role, with a focus on project digitization and process engineering.
Experience with NIST Cyber Security Framework principles and implementation techniques.
In-depth expertise in designing and defining Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) processes that are tailored to meet organizational needs and objectives.
Experience automating the ITGC Control monitoring and adherence.
Proven experience with ITIL & SACM principles.
Deep technical expertise in architecting and implementing digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working on process engineering projects and optimizing workflows.
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) for automation and integration.
Additional Experience:
Knowledge of the healthcare, distribution, or software industries is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong technical aptitude and experience with a wide variety of technologies.
Ability to rapidly learn and evaluate new tools or technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated technical experience in project digitization and process engineering.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science) is highly desired OR equivalent experience.
