Business Process Manager
STRATTEC Security Corporation is seeking a Business Process Manager for its Milwaukee, WI, HQ. Will be responsible for overseeing and managing STRATTECs IT strategic projects. Req.: Bachelor's fld of IS, IM, IT, or Bus Admn with conc in either IS, IM or IT, pls 2 yrs of exp in the funct and tech dsgn, dev, impl and maint of both the front-end and back-end compts of CS and internet-based cmpts for EDI, ERP, or e-comm apps; ID of most effect and effct methds for a bus to util bus sys, incl ERP and EDI sys; perf of bus needs mapping for app dev; DBS dsgn and dev using SQL Server; and util of bus intel tools, web techs (incl HTML, XML, Java Script), as well as proj mgt tools (incl Jira and Confluence). WFH flex for up to 3 days/wk, but must reside within commuting distance of Milwaukee, WI, to attend wkly in-person meetings. Req little (20%) dmstic and intl trvl req to other STRATTEC locations.
