Essity Health and Medical Solutions North America is currently recruiting for a Production Team Lead (Salaried Supervisor).
Is a Role Model for Safety. Responsible for development of the organizational capability to get the expected results and provide leadership, direction setting and coaching for their department. Responsible for the application (and development if needed) of systems and standards (work instructions, procedures for safety, quality, Maintenance, HMEx Best Practice,…)

Uses internal and external benchmarks to drive performance improvement;
Contributes to the achievement of the plant’s goal and objectives and communicate it to the department;
Develop department objectives aligned with site and unit needs and cascade Essity goals down to the teams;
Ensures the department delivers required production orders according to spec, in time and on cost;
Ensures department works to standards (Safety, Quality, Daily Direction Setting);
Accountable for the department’s operational budget;
Identify capital expenditure needs to support midterm plans;
Accountable for performance management process and responsible for consequence management within their department;
Performs the duties of production (cut, sew and final inspection);
Responsible for quality production and performs final inspection of all garments;
Performs all duties in compliance with the following standards: FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and all corporate/facility policies and regulations;
Provides training of employees and answers task related questions;
Utilizes appropriate resources to resolve customer problems;
Performs data gathering and analysis and handles special projects assigned by management;
Responsible for the fulfillment of the maintenance plan (including cost);
Supervises department;
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Education or GED Required
Must be able to read, write and speak English; required for the safe and effective performance of the job.
Proactively pursues and/or assists in troubleshooting in all areas affecting internal operations and external customers.

Expected Compensation:
Competitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus + benefits.
