As part of this initiative, we are seeking candidates who are eager to embark on a rewarding journey in our Mainframe Programming Bootcamp.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify US Military Veterans with a passion for technology and a desire to specialize in mainframe programming.
Assess candidates' aptitude and motivation during the selection process.
Bootcamp Curriculum Design and Delivery:
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive curriculum covering mainframe fundamentals, programming languages (e.g., COBOL, JCL), and best practices.
Participate in engaging and interactive training sessions, both theoretical and hands-on.
Work on real-world projects and simulations to reinforce learning.
Industry Exposure and Mentorship:
Learn from seasoned industry experts, gaining practical insights and context.
Be open to mentorship, absorbing guidance on problem-solving, professional development, and career pathways.
Assessment and Feedback:
Engage in regular assessments to measure your progress.
