Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Controls Engineer For It's Reading, PA Location.


Candidates Must Have A Bachelors Degree ( Prefer Engineering ). Must Have 4+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  


• Optimize machine control programs on both existing and new equipment to improve reliability and performance.
  
  


• Analyze and improve plant processes.
  
  


• Assist Maintenance with troubleshooting hardware and process issues.
  
  


• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve problems.
  
  


• Work with the Engineering team on new equipment purchases and installations.
  
  


• Maintain and upgrade SCADA and Data Collection systems.
  
  


• Uphold quality and safety standards.
  
  


• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or electro/mechanical engineering.


• Over 4 years of working in a high speed manufacturing environment
• Must be ok with being onsite
• Great communication skills and ability to work alone & on a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Ability to adapt to a changing environment


• Strong analytical skills for problem solving
