Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Account Manager
Phoenix AZ or Orange County, CA locations



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) is essential. Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot is a plus.


  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, and large enterprise IT services sales.


  • Experience: 4-7 years as an Account Manager in the IT Consulting and Services Industry.


  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.


  • Sales and Account Management: Prior experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management roles.


  • Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing relationships with large commercial/enterprise organizations.


  • Professional Writing: Ability to produce high-quality professional communications.


  • Work Ethic: Strong commitment to delivering excellent work products and outputs.


  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent soft skills for working with both internal and external customers.


  • Team Player: Organized, resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented.


  • Relationship Building: Strong influence and negotiation skills.


  • Client Interaction: Comfortable with regular client interactions in person, over the phone, via email, and video calls.


  • Multi-Account Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.


  • Problem Solving: Capable of viewing situations from multiple angles, devising solutions, and executing them.


  • Continuous Learning: Open to continual learning and improvement with a hands-on approach to development.


  • Global Collaboration: Ability to interface with contacts in different time zones across a global organization.


  • Adaptability: Flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities:




  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and goals.


  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling IT services and solutions.


  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services.


  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for clients and senior management.


  • Problem Solving: Address client issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance service delivery.


  • Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies.


  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
