Description: Job Title: Onboarding and Customer Set-up Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, NC
About the Role: Seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to support the Sales team with the end-to-end onboarding process for clients. This includes document collection, account opening, and configuration. The role reports to the New Business Management Group.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales team to manage the client onboarding pipeline, establish priorities, and provide regular status updates to clients, Sales, the Negotiation Team, and Operations.
Submit requests for all account opening and new client onboarding.
Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, clients, or third-party advisors to collect relevant agreements and documents for Operations and Negotiation teams (e.g., organizational documents, tax forms).
Serve as the central point of contact for onboarding matters, including setting priorities, driving execution, providing client documents, addressing questions regarding client setups, and tracking and reporting on status.
Coordinate with the Negotiation Team to ensure necessary documentation is in place.
Work with Operations to ensure timely account opening.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Desired Qualifications:
Project Management experience.
Familiarity with Client Onboarding and Data Management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
