Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst-ON SITE


ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE METRO-LAS VEGAS areaWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 6-8 years of experience to join a dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents, presenting documentation to stakeholders, and facilitating technical conversations to accurately gather requirements.
You will work with tools such as DOORS and Jira, and should be well-versed in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:


Facilitate technical conversations to accurately gather and document requirements from stakeholders.


Prepare comprehensive Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents and present them to stakeholders for review and approval.


Tool Utilization:


Utilize DOORS and Jira for requirement management and tracking.


Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.


Work within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to support project needs.


Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.


Attention to Detail: Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and meets the needs of the project.
Job Qualifications:


Experience: 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in preparing SRS documents.


Proficiency in DOORS required and Jira. In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.


Communication Skills:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Proven ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:


Understanding of software development and technical concepts.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.


Experience in the gaming industry or with gaming technologies.
