Sonoma Post Acute - Hiring Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (PTA or COTA)

Sonoma Post Acute in Sonoma, CA, is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. We are looking for either a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help lead our rehabilitation department. • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• A passion for patient care and improving rehabilitation outcomes.
