Senior Payroll Clerk




Location: Phoenix, Arizona


***6+ month full-time temporary position - 100% remote


Duties:


• High-volume payroll processing


• Reconciliation of payroll data


• Coordinate with all departments for payroll changes


• Prepare monthly payroll reports


• Prepare quarterly payroll reports, including Workers Compensation


• Assists employees with inquiries


• Responsible for domestic year-end processing and W2 tax filing.


Qualifications:


• 3+ years of payroll processing experience


• High School diploma or equivalent


• SAP software preferred


• Solid Excel skills


• 10-key


• Ability to work remotely
