Customer Service Representative - Medicare Member Support
We're seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support Medicare Advantage members for our client. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, accurately documenting patient account information, and delivering top-notch support.
Position Details:
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 11 AM - 8 PM (weekends are required)
Pay: $20/hour
Start Date: 11/12/2024
Employment Type: Temporary to hire
Location: If you live within 30 miles of Elk Grove, it will be Hybrid (2 days in office/Elk Grove after training), if outside of 30 miles, it will be remote.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months call center experience (medical or insurance experience preferred)
Ability to work weekends
Must have own laptop/desktop, mouse, keyboard, headset, and an ethernet connection
Must be able to type 40 wpm and have working knowledge of MS Office
