Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $15.00 - Midpoint: $17.26 (Hourly N1)
Department/Organization: 508111 - Capstone Village Assisted Living
Normal Work Schedule: Sunday - Saturday 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pn to 11:00pm, 11:00pm to 7:00am; hours and shifts may vary.
Job Summary: The Resident Aide provides direct care to residents in Capstone Village primarily for their activities of daily living. Assists with therapeutic activities programs and restorative programs. Completes documentation as required by the facility.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of healthcare work experience. Must complete dementia training within five (5) days of employment
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications: CPR Certification
