The hourly rate of pay for this student employment position is $15.00 per hour.
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative work pertaining to mailings, events, and productions.
- Photocopy and prepare scripts for student work and performances.
- Maintain performing arts photo gallery.
- Assist with promotional and social networking.
- Create flyers for auditions/meetings/theatre seasons/dramafest.
- Work with copy center on several materials.
- Help Arts & Humanities Division with daily operations.
- Must be professional, on time, and trustworthy.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Microsoft
- High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- *Preference will be given to those with a theatre background
- Experience with Adobe products
HOURS NEEDED
- 5 - 20 per week, depending on the season

What to Expect
- Interview with the hiring supervisor for the position of interest.
- If selected, you and your supervisor must complete all federal, state and college forms. This document is obtained from your supervisor or the Human Resources webpage.
- Complete and submit all federal, state, and college employment forms. The I-9 is submitted to your supervisor and the other forms are submitted to studentemployment@carrollcc.edu
- Create a work schedule with your supervisor that does not conflict with your class schedule.
- When all forms are turned in you and your supervisor will be notified so a start date can be established.
