One of our industry leading clients is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing organization! This person will report directly to the Manager of FP&A and get exposure to projects outside of day to day functions. Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input for financial planning and ensure accurate financial projections.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to support business initiatives and strategic projects.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
4+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst
Advanced Excel skills
