Your new role
Maintain favorable client relationships ensuring successful delivery of our construction services.
Lead project meetings with clients.
Manage and administer the Owner Contract including all financial aspects of the contract including profit objectives, etc.
Write, qualify, evaluate, and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders in a timely manner to maintain the project schedule.
Actively participate in the planning efforts (scheduling, construction reviews, etc.).
What you'll need to succeed
BS in Construction Management, Science, Engineering, or a related area of focus.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience serving as the lead PM on at least 2 non-residential projects with values greater than $10M, while employed by a General Contracting Firm.
