Job Description:

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for MoMa Product Manager located in Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, Boston, MA or remotely within the United States.

In this role you will:


  • Lead offer on a business level, taking into account selling price, margins, customer needs, features, promotion, customer logistic offer, competition and regulation environment

  • Provide business support to country marketing teams

  • Maintain offer literature and create new literature when necessary

  • Responsible for infrastructure to support the offer, including product website information, product selectors, product information data, eCommerce activities

  • Ongoing management of the commercial references offered for sale, with an annual process to remove unnecessary references and simplify the offering

  • Maintain offer management files, SWOT analysis, roadmap, trends, pricing strategy, and business results

  • Ensure a strong follow up on competitor moves and initiatives. Good understand of competitor offers and share information as necessary. Ensure availability of competition files for country marketing (comparison files and sales memo)

  • Support cross functions regarding product questions, direction, and customer support.

  • Define 3-year vision & roadmap for existing offers, and collaborate on long term roadmap with the Future Offer Marketing team

  • Deliver accurate & relevant marketing requirements for innovation projects.

  • Monitor product costs and help guide cost savings planning and roadmap.

  • Build and maintain product training content


This job might be for you if:

  • 4-year degree is required, engineering s preferred

  • 5 years of Electrical Distribution Industry experience

  • Ability & willingness to work in an international & multi-cultural environment

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Important to be a self-starter and able to work independently

  • Strong ability in strategic thinking and planning

  • Comfortable with crisis management, apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to travel, which can be up to 30% of your time
