Summary: Receives, inspects and delivers incoming materials, supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals to all departments throughout the Roswell Park campus; ships out packages ensuring all paperwork is filled out properly, through Federal Express, UPS and other freight companies; maintains inventories located in the Storeroom, PAR carts and Pyxis supply stations; delivers medical supplies to all patient care areas within Roswell Park to ensure availability for patient care; makes sure that all stock is rotated and that expired products are removed from these areas to ensure patient safety; maintains records of UPS and Federal Express shipments and vendor packing lists.
Salary range for this position is $37,121 - $45,864 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in distribution/shipping/receiving or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have the following skills/experiences:
1 year full-time experience in inventory control
Receiving, delivering, and movement of supplies and equipment
1-3 year of fulltime experience in Distribution, shipping, receiving
Previous experience picking orders
Previous stocking experience
Previous Customer service experience
Previous experience with Computer / Handheld
Previous experience cycle counting
Previous experience restocking code carts
Previous experience with Hospital supplies
Previous experience with Mailroom
