Job Description:

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $70,000.00 USD Annually

Description: The Judge Group is in search of an FSQA Specialist in Chicago's North Suburbs to take on an exciting key role on the FSQA team. Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain and improve FSQA programs


• Ensure facility compliance and audit readiness


• Develop & execute the company's supplier program


• Assign risk ratings to customer and consumer complaints, perform investigations accordingly


• Conduct regular internal and SQF systems audits


• Assign corrective actions / preventive actions


• Assist with SQF audit preparation


• Assist in HACCP program updates and validations as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related


• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing industry


• Proficiency with HACCP, SPC, OSHA, USDA regulations


• Ideally has certifications in HACCP/PCQI/SPC


• SQF experience
