Position : Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Quality (FSQA Continuous Improvement/Regulatory Compliance)
Location : Ashland, Ohio
Industry : Food/Beverage Manufacturing
Salary : $80,000-100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct and oversee product and process evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on technical matters.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs.
- Liaise with various departments on quality-related matters.
- Champion and promote safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., engineering, food science).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality control principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools.
