We're searching for a dynamic Manufacturing Production Supervisor to join our customer and support smooth, efficient manufacturing operations. As a Production Supervisor you'll play a key role in meeting production targets while fostering a safe, clean, and organized environment. This role combines technical know-how with hands-on leadership, perfect for a proactive problem-solver ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $75,000-100,000.00 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, create and manage work schedules, recruit and train new team members, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Conduct quality checks and monitor production processes, quickly addressing any issues to uphold our standards.
Organize and monitor workflows, coordinate changes in production schedules, and expedite orders when needed to meet timelines.
Establish and enforce production standards, ensuring all completed work meets quality requirements and stays within budget.
Qualifications:
Ability to keep production on track and efficient.
5 + years supervising 15+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in enhancing processes and productivity.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Skilled in guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and making sound decisions.
