Position Title: Outbound Research Assistant
Responsibilities.
Interviewing potential respondents over the phone to gather data from respondents.
20-25 outbound calls per hour using a list of provided phone numbers
Interact with business professionals around the U.S., screening and qualifying them for our research needs while using a script provided. (NO SALES)
Providing background information to research participants and obtaining their willingness to participate
Able to communicate clearly and professionally to a variety of diverse audiences.
Professional phone presence with a positive demeanor
Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
1+ years of previous customer service, or call center experience inbound or outbound.
Able to work independently and follow instructions along with good attendance.
Organized, Team player and Microsoft Office Knowledge
Ability to work on a computer and navigate through multiple software.
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
This position requires excellent attendance and reliability.
