Summary of Position
The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) at Allegheny College is a pivotal member of the Residence Life team, responsible for creating a vibrant and supportive living environment within the campus residence halls. Reporting directly to the Associate Dean of Residence Life, the RLC oversees the day-to-day operations of the residence halls and provides supervision and guidance to the Head Resident Advisors (HRAs) and the Resident Advisors (RAs). The RLC is critical in developing and implementing curriculum-related programs and initiatives that promote community building, personal growth, and academic success among residential students. This is a live-in position. The Residence Life Coordinator serves as part of the on-call professional staff member rotation.

Allegheny College is a residential college that requires students to live on campus during their undergraduate experience. We believe the academic experience is enhanced by the residential and co-curricular learning experiences. The Office of Residence Life is responsible for general operations and administration of housing, residential education, and living and learning programs.

Our office provides services to the residential student population and other members of the Allegheny College community, including families, faculty, staff and the greater Meadville community.

YOUR COMPENSATION
New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
The pay for this position is $17.10 per hour and is eligible for overtime based on FLSA guidelines.
