Position Summary:

The ECHO Coordinator will oversee theday-to-day logistics for individual ECHO programs.  This includes scheduling and marketing ECHOsessions through fliers and email announcements, engaging with participantsduring ECHO sessions, supporting the ECHO team's needs, and facilitatingcommunication between the team and participants.  The ECHO coordinator will manage and organizeprogram materials, resources, and presentations and ensure the timelydissemination of resources to ECHO participants.  They will work closely with the ECHO teams toensure the required documentation is submitted to meet CME standards. The ECHOCoordinator is expected to build and maintain relationships with subject matterexperts, healthcare and education professionals, and community partners andcollaborate with external organizations to expand the reach and impact ofProject ECHO.  This position will alsoserve as an administrative liaison for the Director and Assistant Director ofProject ECHO. 
The ECHO Coordinator will assist in financial stabilityby supporting grant deliverables and creating and implementing strategies toencourage participation and engagement. The ECHO coordinator will also collect and input programparticipation and impact data and generate regular reports on program outcomesand improvements.  This position willalso support the development and implementation of new ECHO programs.

Special Instructions to Applicants Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Qualifications:- Bachelor's degreeor equivalent- At least one (1) year of experience working in an office setting
-Strong interpersonal skills and extraordinary competency in verbal and written communication strategies
-Flexibility and excellent prioritization skills
-Performs well with minimal supervision with the ability to thrive and problem solve in a fast-paced, constantly changing, working environment Skills,Proficiencies, and Knowledge:-Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of distance learning technology
-Proficient computer skills including Microsoft 365, Adobe, Canva, and Mailchimp
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing via email

-Data entry
-Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
-Ability to take administrative/procedural direction



Preferred: 
-Two (2) to three (3) years related experience with increasingly greater levels of responsibility in administrative support or project management
-Program Outreach/Social Media platform experience
-Experience with project development
