A vertically integrated, real estate development, design, and management company rooted in hospitality is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to assist in building out their internal tax function. As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for handling a variety of duties pertaining to federal, state, and local tax.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare various tax returns (federal, state and local, sales and use)
Generate tax documents.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of tax law.
Oversee revenue generated systems to ensure tax rates are accurate.
Work cross-functionally with other essential teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
4+ years of public accounting, or relevant industry experience.
GAAP knowledge.
ProSystem FX and CCH Access experience.
Experience working with property accounting software including Yardi or Sage is a PLUS.
