We are seeking a Supervisor of Vendor Compliance to join American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Accounts Payable team. The team, in direct support of the business, timely and accurately processes disbursements to vendors/suppliers, business partners, and other entities via Oracle. As the subject matter expert for vendor compliance and onboarding, you will partner cross-functionally and lead a team of Vendor Compliance Specialists driving best practices, providing analyses of vendor metrics, and driving satisfaction through efficient communication.
What You Can Offer Us
Ensure requests are processed accurately and completely and in accordance with our service level agreement commitment of 1-2 business days. Focus on customer service while eliminating risks through the onboarding.
Review all additions and modifications to the vendor master file as dictated by policy to ensure both data accuracy and completeness and eliminate risk. Act as the primary liaison between the Finance and Internal Audit organizations in overseeing and efficiently executing vendor controls, audits, and remediation.
Serve as a point of contact for escalations for both internal and external.
Ensure documentation meets all compliance standards and that systematic requirements are in place to support documentation and tracking.
As a Supervisor, you are responsible for the recruitment, performance management, and career development of Vendor Compliance Specialists. You will also be expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet our business.

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree with a preferred concentration in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years' vendor compliance experience required.
Familiarity with vendor management software and audit or financial controls preferred.
Previous management experience preferred.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required. Oracle experience preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve results.
