Job Overview:
The HRIS Analyst is expected to be an expert / SME in key Workday modules like HCM, Learning and Analytics, Recruiting, Performance & Development and Payroll and absence management. The HRIS Analyst should have good workday knowledge of benefits and compensation modules.
The HRIS Analyst collaborates with HR to analyze work process design and flows, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The HRIS Analyst works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position will report to the Director, IT Enterprise Apps and will be located in the Mueller Corporate office in Atlanta (Sandy Springs area).
Primary Responsibilities:
Be a workday product SME for HR and end users.
Offer in-depth knowledge and expertise across different Workday activities
System configuration: Configuring, updating, and enhancing Workday business processes
Attend working sessions with HR and related functions to provide consultation, feasibility analysis, gather and understand the business requirements.
Manage and maintain workday integrations within Mueller ecosystem and 3rd party vendors.
Process improvement: Assisting with process improvements to ensure data integrity and gain efficiency
Perform mass upload using enterprise integration builder (EIB) in Workday
Develop functional/technical specifications and test plans for bug fixes and enhancements
Guidance: Providing support and guidance to the HR team by creating and maintaining reports, tools, and analytics
Compliance: Ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies and guidelines
Maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information
Regularly communicating status and challenges to team members and management
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience; in lieu of bachelor's degree, equivalent work experience will be considered
At least five years related experience required
Advanced experience with Workday and Kronos required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Excel or similar databases
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of KRONOS
Good presentation skills
Microsoft office product expertise
