SUMMARY: Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy to enhance online presence and drive engagement, leads, and sales across various channels.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Manage and optimize online campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Oversee the creation and curation of engaging digital content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with our brand voice and guidelines. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms (SF Marketing Cloud). Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Manage and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and allocate budgets to maximize ROI. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns. Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: 5 years of experience in online media, corporate and/or agency digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products Excel, Outlook and Word; advanced proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO), Google AdWords', Social Media Advertising Platforms, CRM (Marketing Cloud) and other digital marketing platforms and technologies.

COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing plans/strategies utilizing the latest trends and best practices. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to identify and/or document existing and new trends as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment. Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information. Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change alternatives. Ability to mentor, coach, train and supervise employees. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
