Job Description Summary
The Manager Field Sales Distribution & Analytics is responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives for a key customer's distribution centers. This role involves providing regional and local support for corporate distribution initiatives by building strong, consultative relationships. To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will blend traditional selling techniques with quality and process training, data insights development, analytics sharing, and collaboration within the supply chain.
The successful candidate will be located in either the Tri-Cities, WA area or the Chicagoland area.
Job Description
Distribution:
Builds productive relationships and regularly meets with multiple levels of leadership at each of the customer's distribution centers
Supports both the LW and Customer Supply Chain teams by anticipating and addressing supply chain execution issues / objectives before they become a problem, and managing unforeseen supply chain issues to effective resolution
Drive sales through enhanced restaurant execution by executing Gold Standard Quality programs at local levels and partnering with single, strategic Chain Customer Operations to lead scalable initiatives
Develop joint scorecards with internal and external key business partners to measure plan success
Plans short- and long-term customer assessments of account activities and opportunities for the customer that are aligned with Lamb Weston's strategic direction
Manages a record and documentation of customer and sales activity in the Sales System assigned by the Business Unit
Other duties as assigned.
Analytics:
Develops, manages, analyzes and leverages internal and external scorecard metrics
Data entry / maintenance for Global BU across different systems (Salesforce / AMABIS / DOMO / etc.)
Category Leadership SME for the assigned to the single, global strategic Chain customer. Further develop Category Leadership across the following areas: Sales Training, Sales Technology, Data Governance, Product/Customer Marketing
Collaborates with Marketing, Product Development and Sales leadership to develop ambitious, articulate, consultative, fact-based customer engagement and presentations by leveraging key insights and analytics.
Continually monitors and evaluates customer/marketplace insights to anticipate opportunities
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or similar field preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years Field Sales Experience recommended; prior Foodservice sales experience preferred
Prior experience within a single, strategic Chain customer system / knowledge of QSR restaurant operations a plus
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, set and achieve individual goals
Computer Skills: Ability to use a variety of technologies and tools including Microsoft Suite, CRM tools. Salesforce, SAP experience preferred.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills and ability to negotiate. Ability to read, write and speak in English required.
Strong business management skills, including financial management and a strategic mindset.
Demonstrated ability to align resources and successfully influences direct team and cross functional business partners at higher levels within and outside of the organization
Communicates effectively, both internally and to the customer, with poise and confidence
Leverage project management skills to satisfy internal/external expectations and opportunities.
Collaborate with Supplier partners to support the single, strategic Chain customer initiatives
Ability to travel independently up to 50%, valid U.S. drivers' license, and ability to meet Company driving standards.
Ability to travel internationally may be required.

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $98,770.00 - $148,160.00
