The HR Project Administrator will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and provide support for a variety of employee engagement initiatives and HR processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. The HR Project Administrator will exhibit professionalism, integrity, and composure at all times and possess a keen sense of urgency, as well as meticulous attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the VPHR, plan and execute site engagement activities, company events, community relations activities, customer meetings, etc.
Compile meeting materials including PowerPoint decks, project updates, and monthly KPIs.
Track status of HR projects, driving execution of key deliverables.
Prepare and distribute internal communications including announcements, newsletters, town halls, etc.
Provide administrative support to VPHR, including scheduling meetings, travel planning and expense reporting.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma required
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
3+ years of relevant experience working with senior-level executives
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and collaborative work-environment
High degree of discretion and confidentiality as appropriate
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional travel may be required
