We are now looking for a DFT Intern! Are you passionate about working on groundbreaking DFX methodologies for next generation products ? Do you like to work at the intersection of design and silicon testing? NVIDIA is seeking extraordinary DFT interns who love to push the quality of the products they work on to the ultimate levels. The team is building groundbreaking methodologies and flows to drive production times and quality to the highest level.

What you'll be doing:

• You will have the chance to define, prototype and deploy new DFT architectures and methodologies across all our products. This includes test access architectures, silicon debug, high speed IO test architectures, memory built-in-self-test, scan compression, coverage analysis, fault modeling and ATPG among others
  
  


• Help the team with delivering efficient workflows and tools to help productize these features on industry's leading processors for deep learning, gaming, HPC and super computing
  
  


• Be responsible for crafting key DFT logic modules
  
  


• Collaborate closely with other teams like chip architecture, ASIC design, verification, CAD, VLSI and Operations teams productize new methodologies
  
  

What we need to see:

• .Pursuing a MS or PhD with focus in Electrical and Computer Engineering
  
  


• Graduate course work in DFT, VLSI Design and computer architecture
  
  


• Good understanding of logic design, synthesis, static timing analysis and CDC
  
  


• Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python or TCL
  
  


• Experience in DFX and/or logic design domains is a big plus

The hourly rate for our interns is 18 USD - 71 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
