Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project planning, scheduling, and coordination with PM
- Project forecasting and management of field personnel
- Document control management (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
- Field Safety management
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors' work
- Track daily construction progress
- Resolve problems involving field conditions, safe accessibility, and capabilities of involved field staff
- Deliver project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule
- Assist project management with field related administrative operations
- Cost control on projects and quality control within the discipline
- Plan, design, and construction phases of projects
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
- 5 + years professional experience in construction
- Previous experience with treatment plants, Industrial projects, Pump stations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
Ability to prioritize, develop, and maintain project schedules
