3-5 years of experience as a project/program manager
Previous experience in an analytical role at a strategy consulting firm, sales, product, or strategy and operations team at a technology, media, or consumer goods company
Experience leading operational initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment
Must have strong communication and program management skills.
Experience working with sales organizations and best practices (e.g., structure, incentives, tools, etc.)
Deep knowledge and passion for the Digital/Traditional Media/AdTech landscape
Excellent executive-level communication skills in all formats
Ability to formulate hypotheses and use problem-solving techniques to drive solutions for complex problems
