Description: Our client is currently seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR IN. A Growing Food Manufacturing company is in search an off shift Production Supervisor position.
Responsibilities:
Lead and direct your production team in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
Train new employees on equipment operation, sanitation procedures, and company policies.
Monitor production lines and identify any potential issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
