Alhambra Post Acute is currently seeking Part-Time LVNs for our NOC shifts to join our dedicated care team. If you're a Licensed Vocational Nurse who thrives in a night shift role and is passionate about patient care, we'd love to have you on board!

Position: Part-Time NOC Shift LVN
Location: Martinez, CA
Shift: NOC (Night Shift)

Salary Range: $89,440 - $112,320

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during the NOC shift


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


• Monitor and document residents' health status and care plans


• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in California


• Compassionate and team-oriented


• Strong clinical and communication skills


• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
