Crystal Greens Landscape is looking to hire full-time experienced commercial landscape irrigation supervisor. You will manage and schedule several irrigation technicians, perform repairs and installations as needed and serve as the primary contact for your assigned branch.

Requirements:
Valid drivers license with clean driving record. Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen. Able to lift 50lbs and perform daily irrigation tasks. Able to communicate effectively and have good time management skills. 3-5 years of commercial irrigation experience. Must have reliable transportation to report at designated shop Mon-Fri 7am-4pm Preferred bi-lingual (Spanish/English)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Work seamlessly with maintenance and projects supervisors and crews to manage existing customers needs and expectations. Ensure startup progress is completed on time based on seasonal needs. Exhibit excellent leadership skills by leading irrigation crews during startups, repairs, and projects. Manage time effectively by prioritizing job/startup hours as budgeted monthly including OT management.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with Account Manager and Branch Manager for routing, scheduling, and crew oversight. Train and supervise all irrigation techs under their branch. Support Account Managers and Branch Managers at respective branch with technical advice and proposal support on small irrigation renovations. Advise and line out job scope for irrigation renovation with projects. Provide monthly training for maintenance and project crews as needed. Support Maintenance Supervisors on Weathermatic (Alert monitoring, Smart Programming, etc.) Supervise 4-6 irrigation technician/irrigation repair crews. Schedule irrigation startups, winterizations, and approved irrigation repairs. Monitoring daily hours approval and time correction. Support production during snow/ice event as needed. Perform small account startups and coordinate large account startups as needed to help support irrigation technicians. Investigate and troubleshoot irrigation related issues as they come up through the season. Schedule and perform mid-season system inspections.

People oriented and results driven. Demonstrable experience with Weathermatic., Hyrdropoint, Rainbird, Hunter, and Maxicom systems. Knowledge of basic and advanced irrigation systems, principles, and practices, including safety. Possesses basic computer skills with some knowledge in Google Suite.
Location: Portland and Surrounding Area
Pay is depending on experience.
Schedule is 40-50 hrs. a week during the irrigation season with optional winter work from Nov-Feb
