Essential Responsibilities:
Provides each resident with professional nursing care, assessments and evaluations.Responsible for the management of nursing activities performed by Neighborhood/Household (NH/HH) staff ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all timesWorks with a team of cross-trained staff to coordinate the functions of the NH/HHHas 24 hour responsibility for clinical functions of the NH/HH
