These services are in support of test planning, test execution, test support, test operations and associated logistics for a wide variety of systems across their life cycle, which include focus areas such as Arms, Ammunition, Explosives, Weapons Systems, and associated platforms utilized by the Expeditionary Warfare community. Secondary support areas include Sensors and Communications, Mobility Platforms, Systems Integration, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment with unique military applications; and other new or existing systems or systems of systems that require independent testing for Expeditionary Warfare.

Job Duties:


  • Performs various routine and defined clerical tasks in an office environment.

  • Prepares, files and maintains physical or electronic records and documents in required formats.

  • Compiles and verifies information using simple calculations and standard procedures.

  • Inputs data into a tracking database or system.

  • Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail.

  • Assists with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies.

  • Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

  • Requires 3-5 years of related experience

Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have):


  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3-5 years' experience as a General Clerk.

  • Required to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks.

  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.

  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills

Desired Skill Requirements:


  • Experience with Navy and/or Marine Corps systems is preferred.

  • Current Secret Clearance

  • Quality Assurance experience in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9000, or ANSI processes and certifications.

Education:

Associate's Degree preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years in related field.
